Situated 4km from Ibiza town with beautiful views of the Dalt Vila , Playa Den Bossa
is a resort which is popular with all types of holidaymakers from families to younger
adults wanting to enjoy the nightlife . Of course being the home of Space, the most
well known nightclub in Europe, needless to say the needs of the younger tourist
are well catered for but there is a whole lot more to this resort than that.
The long golden sands provide plenty of scope for relaxation, play and watersports
with the sea providing safe shallow waters for the children. There are plenty of
family friendly cafes and bars directly on the sea front and lots for the kids to
do while mum and dad relax. If you fancy a change from sea bathing then the resort
also offers a large water park. Other entertainment on offer in Playa Den Bossa
includes a bowling centre with trampolines and mini-golf and lots of playgrounds
and amusement centre’s for the kids which are floodlight for night time outings.
There is also the opportunity for the more energetic to follow a walking or cycling
route( approx 19km) which passes from the resort beach through the beach at Es Codolar
and then on to the nature reserve at Ses Salines home of the stunning salt flats

The town itself offers many shops and souvenir outlets and a myriad of restaurants
and some fast food outlets. The prices are good for those with a family budget in
mind and the fare on offer ranges from traditional Spanish tapas bars and restaurants
to those offering a more international menu. Many of the bars and restaurants are
very family friendly offering play areas for the children and, in the bars, wide
screen TV. If you are looking for something a little more sophisticated then don’t
forget you are very near to Ibiza town with the wide variety of eateries and entertainment
it has to offer. The nearby resort of Figueretes can also provide a change of venue
again.
With its beautiful clean beaches and countless opportunities for holiday fun Playa
