What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at reception and enjoy the facilities.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 12:00. Late check-out is not available.
Can I use the facilities after check-out?
Yes — free luggage storage + shower area with towels, gel and shampoo.
Do you offer parking? Is it free?
Yes — free outdoor parking (subject to availability).
Is the hotel on the beach?
Yes — direct access to Playa d’en Bossa.
Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not allowed.

What room categories are available?
- Standard (up to 3 guests)

- Premium Suite (up to 2 guests)
Do rooms have sea views?
Most Standard and Suite rooms → lateral sea views.
Superior and Premium Suite → front sea views.
Are double or twin beds available?
Standard: twin beds (can be joined on request).
Superior, Suite, Premium Suite: fixed double beds.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes — limited availability. Contact us in advance.
Do rooms include minibar, safe and coffee set?
Safe: yes.
Minibar: included (non-alcoholic drinks) when booking direct for Standard, Superior, Suite.
Premium Suite has paid minibar.
Coffee set: Superior, Suite, Premium Suite.
Can I request special preferences?
Yes — subject to availability. Upgrades available at extra cost.
Reservations
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
Inside 7 days → 1-night charge.
No-show → full stay charged.
How do I modify or cancel my booking?
Through the same channel you booked.

Do I need a deposit?
We may pre-authorize the first night to verify the card.

Yes — buffet from 08:00 to 11:00.
Do you offer Half Board?
Yes — breakfast + dinner (drinks not included).
Are the pools heated?
Outdoor pools → no.
Indoor spa pool → heated.
Is there a spa and gym?
Yes.
Spa: 10:00–20:00 (16+ only)
Gym: 08:00–20:00
Do I need to bring a beach towel?
No — towels provided (20 € deposit refunded on return)

What are the restaurant schedules?
Breakfast: 08:00–11:00
El Chill: 09:00–18:00
Dinner buffet: 19:00–22:00
Do you have vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes — available at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Do you offer room service?
Only beverage service for Premium Suite.

Is the hotel directly on the beach?
Yes.
Are beach loungers included?
No — managed by external operators.
What attractions are nearby?
Ushuaïa, Hï Ibiza, Ses Salines, Es Cavallet, Dalt Vila, Beach House Ibiza, Tanit.
